Process Overview

We offer a 1 stop approach to panel printing, enclosures and components. Either send us artwork and your parts for printing or your print ideas and CAD drawings so that we can source and supply the finished product.

Pad or Tampo Printing upto 5 Colours

Pad printing is a printing process that transfers a 2D image onto a 3D object. This is done using a silicone pad to transfer the image onto virtually any shaped surface.

Due to the unique properties of the silicone pad, it is able to pick up the image from a flat surface and transfer it to a variety of surfaces such as flat, spherical, cylindrical, textured, concave and convex.

It gives a precise and detailed print onto curved or awkwardly shaped components, as well as flat and textured surfaces.

The results are very consistent with the operation being digitally controlled.

Customark is capable of printing on a variety of components and substrates for use in the Telecommunications, Motor, White Goods and Promotional Goods along with Point of Sale and Corporate Companies. With over 30 years experience, we can offer a service second to none.

Artwork

We can offer a full origination service with all current artwork programs such as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. (This is subject to quotation and not included in the standard prices shown for ordering. These prices assume Camera Ready Artwork will be supplied)
